The registration fee includes lodging for 3 nights, meals, and transportation to and from the airport and camp.
There will be a Premiere Sports, LLC representative with a local German mobile number to meet registered players at the airport in Frankfurt for flights arriving on Thursday, November 25, 2010. The representative will be in Germany through the following week.
For players departing from the US, it is recommended to fly to Frankfurt, Germany for the best possible fares. Fares departing US to Frankrurt International airport (FRA) begin at $550 USD on various US travel sites. Players should seek to arrive in Frankfurt International airport (FRA) on Thursday, November 25, 2010, and depart Frankfurt on Sunday, November 28, 2010. Transportation will be provided to and from the airports for registered players.(It is recommended that players looking to return on Sunday, November 28 have an afternoon, after 12 pm, departure time.)
(Extended stays are possible at the player's choosing and having the ability to manage expected costs, i.e. lodging and meals after Sunday, November 28, 2010. Players who already have additonal contacts and the ability to continue their stay can book return tickets at the date of their choice).
